Individual Therapy

Therapy can serve different goals and we will work together to understand what's brining you to therapy, both consciously and not, and how to best attain those goals. I work with people who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression and chronic pain which may be due to stressful life circumstances/changes,, relational conflicts (whether home or work), as well as those who are simply looking to better understand themselves and with to grow spiritually and emotionally.  

Couples and Family Therapy

I help couples at different stages of their relationship. Individuals choose one another for different reasons and often have different ideas of what life together will look like. Therapy is one space that we can take the time to better understand one another, reunite as a team, and improve on communication styles.

Additionally, I help new or experienced parents who seek to better understand their child's struggles and give them hands on tools to address difficulties. 

My Approach

Often time, people begin psychotherapy as a result of feeling disconnected from themselves or the world. When overwhelmed by life, you may notice feeling drained, disconnected, dissatisfied with your relationships, and at times physically unwell. In therapy, I create a safe space to explore past, present, and future struggles and work towards goals in order to live a more insightful, balanced, fulfilled life.
